The eSIME.shop US eSIM installs using carrier push instead of a QR code scan.

Step 1 (Retrieve Device Numbers): Dial *#06# on the keypad to display the device IMEI and EID numbers on the screen.
Step 2 (Submit Screenshots): Email a screenshot of the IMEI and EID numbers to Support@eSIME.shop at least 3 days before the scheduled activation date.
Step 3 (Carrier Push Activation): On the scheduled activation date, the carrier push the notification directly to your phone, tap, install, and connect.

What is the delivery timeline for the eSIME.shop carrier push?

Carrier Push Notification Delivery Time: The push notification will be sent by 10:00 AM Pacific Time (PT)on the selected activation date.

Submission Requirement: Device IMEI and EID must be emailed to Support@eSIME.shop at least 2 days in advance of the scheduled activation date.

How do I verify if my phone is compatible with the eSIME.shop eSIM?

A device is compatible with eSIM if the device is fully carrier-unlocked and possesses eSIM hardware.

Carrier Lock Check (iPhone): Go to Settings > General > About > Carrier Lock. Verify the screen displays "No SIM restrictions."
eSIM Hardware Check: Dial *#06# on the phone keypad. The screen must show both an EID and an IMEI number.

Does the eSIME.shop unlimited US data plan support hotspot or data tethering?

No, the eSIME.shop unlimited US data plan strictly blocks mobile hotspot usage and data tethering. The cellular carrier restricts data routing exclusively to the primary registered device. Travelers requiring internet access on secondary devices, laptops, or tablets must purchase an individual, separate eSIM line for each piece of equipment.

Does the eSIME.shop US plan include a local phone number?

Yes. The eSIME.shop US plan includes a native United States phone number (+1 country code).

Can a physical SIM card and an eSIM be used together in one phone?

Yes. A physical SIM card and an eSIM can remain in the phone at the same time.

eSIM Setup: Turn on the eSIM line and set Data Roaming to ON.
Roaming Protection: Select the eSIM as the primary cellular data source to prevent roaming charges on the main SIM line.

Can I renew or add more days to an active eSIME.shop US plan?

While automatic renewals are not supported on our unlimited US plans, it may be possible to extend your plan by adding more days.

Because this depends on carrier availability, please use the following steps if your travel itinerary changes:

1.Contact customer support early: At least 72 hours remaining. We need this window to check and verify if extra days can be added to your specific profile.

2.Keep the profile active: If we can add days to your plan, do not delete your current eSIM profile. The extension will apply directly to your existing line.

3.Purchase a new eSIM profile: If an extension is NOT available.

⚠️ Important: Once a plan completely expires, the eSIM profile is permanently deactivated by the carrier and cannot be recovered or extended. Always contact us 3 days before expiry to check your options!

What happens if I accidentally delete my eSIM?

Deleting your eSIM will immediately disconnect you from the network.

However, if you delete it by mistake, it is not permanently lost.

Contact our support immediately.
Our team will have the carrier refresh and re-issue to get you back online.

⚠️ Note: While we can recover a deleted eSIM, the network refresh is not instantaneous. Please contact us right away so we can minimize your downtime.

How does eSIME.shop calculate a service day for the eSIM expiration?

A service day is calculated using Pacific Time (PT / California Time) and expires precisely at 23:59 (11:59 PM) PT.

Example: A 5-day plan activated on August 1st will automatically terminate at 11:59 PM PST on August 5th.

Expiration tracking is tied entirely to the US carrier's master clock, completely independent of your physical local time zone.

Will I still receive bank verification texts (2FA) on my home number?

Yes. Because your device supports Dual SIM, your physical home SIM card can remain active for receiving texts and calls.

Can I install the eSIM on multiple devices (e.g., my phone and my iPad)?

No. An eSIM can only be installed onone specific device. Once activated, it cannot be shared, or transferred to another phone or tablet.

I am at the airport right now and my flight leaves in 2 hours. Can I buy an eSIME.shop US travel plan?

We do not recommend purchasing an eSIME.shop US carrier-push plan for immediate, last-minute departures.

Because these premium carrier-push plans require manual activation directly through the US network using your device's unique IMEI number, eSIME.shop requires an activation processing window of up to 2 days before your trip.

What happens if my phone turns out to be carrier-locked after arriving in the US?

eSIME.shop cannot issue a full refund if a smartphone is carrier-locked. Once our carrier-push network signal is generated and assigned to your device's IMEI, the plan is considered active.

If your phone is carrier-locked, your refund will be calculated as follows:

Non-refundable fees: You will be charged for any days already used, plus a network fee equivalent to 2 additional service days from the date the carrier lock is reported.
Refundable fees: The remaining unused balance of your plan will be refunded.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their smartphone is fully unlocked before purchasing.

How to check compatibility (iPhone): Open Settings > General > About > Carrier Lock. Your device must display "No SIM restrictions" to use an eSIME.shop plan.

How can I find my US phone number?

You can locate your assigned US phone number directly within your smartphone's settings menu:

iOS (iPhone): Go to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) > SIMs. Select your eSIM line to view your assigned phone number.
Android: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs (or About Phone > Status). Select your eSIM line to display the phone number.

Note: Phone numbers are only visible after the eSIM profile has been installed on your device.
