How to Install eSIM

QR code scan on iPhone

Please prepare QR code and Connect to Wi-Fi.

Follow the steps:

  • Settings -> Mobile Data (Cellular) -> Add eSIM.
  • Click "Use QR code", and scan the QR code.
  • Click "Continue" (about 1 minute) -> Then "Done".
  • Set up "Mobile Plan Labels" -> Click Secondary.
  • Select one from the list, or name it as "eSIME", "Turkey", or any you like. -> CLick "Done".
  • Default line. Select "Primary", then click "continue".
  • iMessage and FaceTime -> click "Continue".
  • Upon arrival at your destination, Settings -> Mobile Data (Cellular), click this eSIM from the SIM list.
  • "Turn on this Line" and switch on "Data Roaming".

Manual installation on iPhone

Please copy Activation code and Connect to Wi-Fi.

Follow the steps:

  • Settings -> Mobile Data (Cellular) -> Add eSIM.
  • Click "Use QR code", then "Enter Details Manually".
  • Fill in the copied "SM-DP+ Address" and "Activation Code" into required field -> Click "Next".
  • Click "Continue" (about 1 minute) -> Then "Done".
  • Set up "Mobile Plan Labels" -> Click Secondary.
  • Select one from the list, or name it as "eSIME", "Turkey", or any you like. -> CLick "Done".
  • Default line. Select "Primary", then click "continue".
  • iMessage and FaceTime -> click "Continue".
  • Upon arrival at your destination, Settings -> Mobile Data (Cellular), click this eSIM from the SIM list.

  • Settings -> Connections -> SIM Manager.
  • Click "Add eSIM" -> Scan QR code -> Add.
  • The installation takes about 1 minute.
  • To rename it (Not Must), click this eSIM and rename it as "eSIME","Turkey", or any you like.
  • Upon arrival, Settings -> Connections -> SIM Manager -> Mobile Data -> Select this eSIM.
  • Find Mobile networks -> Turn on Data roaming.

Follow the steps:

  • Settings -> Connections -> SIM Manager -> Add Mobile plan.
  • Click "Add eSIM" -> Scan QR code -> Enter Activation Code.
  • Fill in the copied LPA code into required field.
  • The installation takes about 1 minute.
  • To rename it (Not Must), click this eSIM and rename it as "eSIME","Turkey", or any you like.

Please prepare QR code and WIfi connection.

Follow the steps:

  • Settings -> Network & Internet -> SIMs -> Download a SIM instead? -> Next
  • Scan the prepared QR Code -> Download
  • Seeing "Download Finished"，click Close.
  • Upun Arrival，Settings -> Network & Internet
  • SIMs -> Turn on Mobile data & Roaming

Manual installation on Google Pixel

Please copy LPA code and WIfi connection.

Follow the steps:

  • Settings -> Network & Internet -> SIMs -> Download a SIM instead? -> Next-> Need help?
  • Enter it manually -> Fill in the copied LPA code into required field -> Download (about 1 minute)
  • Seeing "Download Finished"，click Close.
  • Upun Arrival，Settings -> Network & Internet
  • SIMs -> Turn on Mobile data & Roaming

Setup on Non-QR Code

Setup for Apple

Make sure you're on a reliable Wi-Fi connection.

  • If you receive a notification on your device that a T-Mobile eSIM is ready to be set up, tap the notification to download your eSIM and connect to the T-Mobile network.
  • If you didn't receive the notification, tap Settings > Mobile Data (Cellular) > Add eSIM, then tap Done to download your eSIM and connect to the T-Mobile network.

Setup for Samsung

Make sure you're on a reliable Wi-Fi connection.

  • If you receive a notification on your device that a T-Mobile eSIM is ready to be set up, tap the notification to download your eSIM and connect to the T-Mobile network.
  • If you didn't receive the notification. Tap Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > Add eSIM. Select T-Mobile, then tap Add to download your eSIM and connect to the T-Mobile network.

Setup for Google

Make sure you're on a reliable Wi-Fi connection.

  • Tap Settings > Network & Internet.
  • Next to SIMs: choose the plus symbol (+).
  • Tap Download your SIM > Next.
  • Select T-Mobile, then Activate to download your eSIM and connect to the T-Mobile network.
