Deleting your eSIM will immediately disconnect you from the network.
However, if you delete it by mistake, it is not permanently lost.

A service day is calculated using Pacific Standard Time (PST / California Time) and expires precisely at 23:59 (11:59 PM) PST.
Example: A 5-day plan activated on August 1st will automatically terminate at 11:59 PM PST on August 5th.
Expiration tracking is tied entirely to the US carrier's master clock, completely independent of your physical local time zone.
Will I still receive bank verification texts (2FA) on my home number?

What happens if my phone turns out to be carrier-locked after arriving in the US?
eSIME.shop cannot issue a full refund if a smartphone is carrier-locked. Once our carrier-push network signal is generated and assigned to your device's IMEI, the plan is considered active.
If your phone is carrier-locked, your refund will be calculated as follows:
- Non-refundable fees: You will be charged for any days already used, plus a network fee equivalent to 2 additional service days from the date the carrier lock is reported.
- Refundable fees: The remaining unused balance of your plan will be refunded.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their smartphone is fully unlocked before purchasing.
How to check compatibility (iPhone): Open Settings > General > About > Carrier Lock. Your device must display "No SIM restrictions" to use an eSIME.shop plan.
